Fast shipping

I ordered on July 30, 2019. August 1, 2019 i called Dior to change mailing address due to wrong address on shipping. She called me back and said she contacted UPS due to shipment was already sent out..This is wrong, shipment was not sent out! She stated UPS was going to send back. I follow up August 6, 2019 due to no refund. They tell me it has not been sent back due to it was only done August 5, 2019. I was then told it would take 7 days to get back to them then another 7 days to refund. This is a rip off and i will never order again and will post this on every social media.

Was very disappointed. This expensive eyeliner was advertised as "waterpoof" and "long-lasting." It smudged below my eyes within an hour.
