My package did not arrive for a month now!

Customer service was quick to answer all my replies to my satisfaction. Delivery of my order is scheduled for Monday. I am looking forward to receiving my order at that time. Thank you all for your help.

My order came nicely tucked in a upscale white box with Dior inscription!

Only issue is I didn’t know when my order shipped and, as result, couldn’t track it. Otherwise, no complaints.

I love my lipstick - took some time to receive and didn't receive a notification that order was processed. Tried to go back and order another lipstick however website was not working so ordered from Macy's.
