All the bad things are sent, they are all bad things, and they have to be returned at their own expense.

Cannot place order online as your website errors out when I attempt to order product. When I dial in to order via phone I’m unable to do that as well because your representative tell me they have computer issues and I end up on extended wait times. I love your product but dislike how it’s almost impossible to order it and am unable to obtain customer service.

UPDATE: Nevermind it came. Packaged nicely. Good samples. But like I said, awful transaction experience. Stole my money, never mailed my item. No confirmation, no shipping, no tracking email.

I still Don’t Have the product then and it’s been a long tine !

Great presentation just wish u didn’t discontinue some shade from last year like blop and metal Montagne.
