I love Dior ! Always have , which is why I’m sad to give a 3 star review currently . I had issues getting my “birthday reward “ and samples into my cart at checkout from my rewards program . They wouldn’t stay on my order at checkout. I contacted Dior through the live chat and the girl I spoke to was very “blah” about my issues and said that the company is out of samples and that the birthday reward can’t be redeemed on an order with a promo code . Well, the only promo on my order is the current summer sale. No where does it say you can’t redeem your bday gift on an order that has a discount ! Site also doesn’t say that they are out of samples . Interesting since I got an email telling me to ADD my bday gift AND samples to my cart ! As I was typing out a message to the girl, she closed out or chat without saying anything ! Not very good customer service !
