From now on I always will use Dior perfume and others things from them.

Unfortunately my eyeshadow arrived smashed and useable and I am having a heck of a time getting Customer Care to do anything about it. So far it’s been a phone call and at least 4 emails back and forth, some were duplicates requesting the same information and photographs over again. Too much drama for me, I’d recommend purchasing Dior products somewhere other their website.

I received an empty box !! That had been obviously Tampered with . I reported it and received no offer to replace products that I really needed . Just a 20% coupon off future purchases , email address to send photos of box and a we will open a carrier claim and let you know in 10 days !!!! I sent my email .... crickets ; no response. This is the poorest customer service . I paid for products I never received and a seller that doesn’t care.

Dior always ships very promptly! Even though they do a beautiful wrapping of their products, I wish they were more environmentally thoughtful and used less packaging. They have wonderful products and I love the lipstick. Some are especially moisturizing to the lips!

Love Dior! Very satisfied with my purchase. The packaging alone was gracefully put together. I can never get enough of Dior. J’adore Dior!

I ordered highlighter and eyeshadows 2 weeks ago. The damage was reported one week ago, and the replacement was not sent to me yet. No emails from Dior.

I really love the Hypnotic Poison eau de parfum. However, very upset they do not make the body lotion and shower gel more widely available. This sensual perfume is so superior to J'Adore, yet that one gets all the products and attention. I'd gladly pay top dollar for hypnotic poison body lotion and shower gel, if only Dior would make it available. Let me layer my favorite fragrance, please!
