No response from Dimples Hair despite my many attempts and even completing their return form on the day after I received my shipment. The product is not as advertised and definitely not worth the price.

Love it! I've got so many compliments! It blends really well with my hair, and covers the spots that need to be covered (hairline and top). The color is really pretty and the highlights look natural. I really, really love it! Feels super soft, but it's not so silky that it looks fake. I only knocked one star off because the clips are super tight and pull on my hair unless I put it on really carefully, and not clip them all down. It would be nice to have an option for a slide-on kind of comb for the front, at least for my situation. I didn't knock a star off for this, but I do wish there was an option that was about 3" longer. This 18" one happens to match my existing hair length perfectly.

I was told I was buying a new hair wig, however it was used. The hair is very dry, coarse, and damaged, with noticeable tangling and frizz. It does not have the soft, healthy texture a new wig would have.
