I recieved my package installed it with no problems.

This business is a SCAM. Any positive reviews are also not real. I placed an order and was charged. It has been almost 3 weeks and no product. Although, we received numerous emails asking to rate the products we purchased and have not received. They have no customer service support at all. You can only email them. They basically take your money and run. 100% thievery. I am on a mission to shut this place down as they are crooks and liars! How dare you people?

Everything went great except that you did not ship using the method I paid for, however you did refund me the difference quickly so great job!

Ordered an item and 10 days later I can't call them or chat. Multi hour delay on responses to find out the part is out of stock. Took the money and never notified the item was out of stock.

Never received product. Customer service miserably and inexcusably slow. The customer service phone number says to use chat to get ahold of a team member right away. The chat feature is just email which they respond to when convenient for them.
