I initially bought a glass replacement and digitizer replacement kit. I misplaced the tool kit portion of the set, and attempted to contact the business to see how to proceed. They sent me an email about downloading instructions, but no mention of whether they could send me another tool kit or if I had to purchase a new one separately on my own. I gave up getting ahold of someone and just bought the tool kit. Terrible communication as far as customer service goes. A simple call would have satisfied me. Wasn't an option.

I bought two units with frame. I suggest you to get the frame since it makes the job much easier and safer. My first time replacing these. Followed this YouTube video: "Samsung Galaxy Note8 LCD & Touch Screen Replacement Guide - RepairsUniverse" Perfectly done. You need to do it with patience. You need to have a hot gun. I guess a good hot hair dryer does the job too. The screwdriver is a bit weak. Be gentle and cautious otherwise you'll injure the head and the job remains undone. The included kit is limited and might not be enough. This kit from Amazon helped me significantly: "Zacro 21 in 1 Opening Pry Tool Kit with Spudgers and Anti-Static Wrist Strap , Professional Repair Tool Kits for Mobile Phone" That's been my personal experience about this job. I saved over $200. I must thank this company for sending awesome units! Just please upgrade the screwdriver! It's too fragile :( I'll see how the screens work long term.
