Ordered wrong key. Sid was fantastic and changed it for me free of charge. outstanding service.

got a key and and didnt work at fist but they got me a new key.

Purchased the wrong key at first, was immediately issued refund (waiting 7-10 business days for my bank) after speaking to customer service (all this happened within 10 minutes). Good price for Windows + discount coupons available. Israt was a great help as my customer service agent.

After purchasing my key and attempting to use their troubleshooting guides, I was still having issues activating my licence. After speaking with Sid, they were able to assist me and get everything working just as it should be.

Israt with customer service resolved my issue within minutes. Prompt responses and no hassles
