First of all, DIFF sunglasses are smart-looking, classy, and sassy—a step above everyone else in the industry. I had a pricing issue that I took to customer service. I received an immediate email with my concerns. They responded that they wanted to make their customers satisfied. The problem was fixed within 48 hours. That is customer service at it's best.

These glasses are cheaply made. Paint was already chipped on the frame. Nonrefundable...very poor customer service!! Will NEVER order from them again.

Ordered these cute glasses and they came and were way too big for my face! Have tried to return them several times and can’t get any help. They were expensive for me . I still have all the information on them and they have never been worn except to try them on. Would like to return them and get my money back.

Still waiting for 2 pairs that I ordered over a month ago, no one responds to emails, I have sent three. Chat pushed me to prescriptions, with no response. Have requested refund and reported to BBB. Good Luck.
