Ordered off the website. Within 3 days the order was on my door step. Instructions were emailed to me with the confirmation of the order. Printed out and getting it all in and put together! Recommend Diesel Ops to anybody looking for truck parts!

Overall decent experience, no major problems. Did however have a small problem with shipment tracking numbers, had to email them to get all 4, initially only sent 2. Did not receive their 10% discount as advertised due to it not being applicable to kits. Did not learn it until I was able to read the fine print

So I recently purchased the exlink auto agent and it's great. After u get pass the intro the rest is easy. And it only gets super easy. To program your truck. Just be patient. On understanding the software. And customer service is great if u need any advice. They will walk u through it. Great product that your truck would appreciate.

Good experience, the only thing different they could have done is sent an email with a tracking number. When I ordered the water pump they said I would get an email when the order shipped and never did
