I wanted a certain pair of frames and was able to track them down to this company. I ordered knowing nothing about them. I ordered 2 pairs. One of them was incorrect but I called got a free shipping label and returned them. A couple weeks later I received the correct glasses. The process was longer than I would have liked but it was handled and everything is good!

Nothing but good to say about Designer Optics. I wanted to get a spare pair of Kate Spade Bendall frames. I was apprehensive about ordering from a company without knowing if they were ethical and actually carried genuine brand names. However, my worries were for naught. The frames were a third of the price at local frames providers, arrived very quickly, and were the genuine article. I was so pleased with everything -- from easy ordering to low cost to fast shipping -- that I ordered a spare for the spare. 8/17/25 Update to Review: Just received the second set of Kate Spade Bendall frames I ordered. The experience was as exceptional as for the first pair, including receipt in record time.

I ordered a specific frame that I saw and tried on. They were perfect and took the guess out of guessing if they would work for me. When I received the glasses, the frame was visibly crooked. One side sat about one inch higher on my face. The right lens was very close to my face. The right lens was not sitting properly inside the frame. I am shocked that a company would send out a product so obviously crooked. I sent several requests. They told me to return them and they would take a look at them. The lenses were perfect. They never sent a shipping slip, so I paid my own return shipping. After 2 more weeks I got them back and they clearly are the same crooked frame. When set down on a flat surface, one bow was not touching by about 3/4 of an inch. Unbelievable. Again, how could these be sent out with this obvious crooked frame. I am totally unsure of what to do with an unwearable pair of glasses. The quality control and customer service is nonexistent. That is my honest review. I will be sure to tell everyone that I know that orders glasses to stay clear of this company.

On July 17, 2025, we issued you a return label so that the frame and lenses could be sent back for inspection and correction. Once your glasses arrived at our facility, our lab reviewed them and confirmed that the original frame was defective. We replaced it with a brand-new frame and also refitted and aligned your existing lenses to ensure a proper fit. Your corrected glasses were shipped back to you on August 5, 2025, using expedited service, with tracking provided. If you are still experiencing any issues with the fit or alignment, we would like to re-examine the glasses and make any additional adjustments necessary, or discuss alternative resolutions such as an exchange or refund. Price and speed of delivery. We wanted a certain fragrance, you had it, and at less than 1/2 price of other sites. Expected a slow delivery and it was rapid. Also, I believe you gave us a discount on our first order. Quite remarkable!

Went to the eye doctor, got my prescription, found glasses I loved but the price was insane! Found the same ones here for much cheaper!! Unfortunately eye doctor gave me the wrong prescription so the lenses did not work for me! I sent the glasses back and they were very prompt with getting me new lenses installed and shipped back out to me!!

Excellent customer service. When glasses are in stock and you pay for expedited shipping, they do so right away. Only reason for 4 stars is the delay in one order too much, where I had to cancel. Other than that they have good customer service.

Love the glasses I purchased. The website is well developed and easy to navigate. The price was very competitive. Shipping was prompt and glasses arrived inprefect condition without any issues.

This was such an easy store to shop at and the prices were $50-75 cheaper than other sites. I will definitely shop here again
