A big all round Amazing from Australia! Love my Tiffany sunglasses! Highly recommended this company, order was delayed and the communication updates provided by designer optics were fantastic, I didn't have to contact them once, they kept me informed and my sunglasses are high quality , better price than anywhere in Australia and stunning! Thankyou soooo much!!

I had the worst experience ordering from this website so my advice to you is stay the hell away from this website. i ordered a pair of sunglasses on 2020/6/28 and got them after almost a month even though i paid 43.4$ in order to get them in 4 days but due to covid-19 i was like that's fine, and once i received them they were crooked so so bad, they were unwearable so i had to return them and i paid 53$ to the shipping company in order to return them and designer optics refused to accept the returning charges by ignoring me several times whenever i bring the subject and then they sent me another pair which i received yesterday and guess what :) they were crooked as well!!!!!!! and when i talked to them about how angry i'm they replied with one sentence which is" return them back to us" and again i'll have to pay from my own pocket the shipping company to return them back!!! eventually i'll be paying more money on the returning charges than on the sunglasses! their customer service is literally the worst, they treat like it's my fault that i got crooked sunglasses not theirs. if you want to win your customers and make them loyal ones, treat them well. i know their prices are tempting but trust me it does not worth it at all.

I ordered the Kate Spade Vandra frames. I LOVE these frames! They are a little cat eyed in shape, black with a touch of gold trim around the top of the frame. The arms are black, but covered with flowers of red, pink and green. Just beautiful! They are a little heavy and slide down my nose - with an adjustment I'm sure the sliding can be corrected. I have progressive lenses which I'm sure doesn't help with the weight. After the end of the day I do have irritation marks on my nose. Typical for me, not a detraction from the product. Would buy these adorable frames again! My last comment is the price for these frames was not matched elsewhere, this was the best price I found online. The order process was easy, the frames were shipped in a timely manner and packaged well. I was able to track the package and knew exactly when it would arrive. DesignerOptics.com also followed up with an email to ensure I received my order. Very pleased with the service and will do business with DesignerOptics.com again!
