Casa BluiReviews of designerhomespas.com

My client chose The Casa Blui Spa after researching many high end spas, She was was able to personally talk with Andrei and he accommodated her with seeing actual spas installed. She lives in California and he met her out of state. After we purchased the spa, it was delivered white glove on time, The whole experience was very positive and the spa is beautiful. We are very impressed.

We purchased the Muse spa for a client and Luis has been incredibly easy to work with and helpful for all of our questions and scheduling. The spa looks great!

This is my second cold plunge purchase, and the Morozko Forge from CASA BLUI is by far the best plunge on the market. I purchased online, and they shipped it to me here in Sachse, Texas with zero issues—proving their ability to deliver nationwide without a hitch. The quality, performance, and craftsmanship exceeded my expectations, exactly as described online. In today’s world, it’s rare to find a CEO like Andrei who is so hands-on and involved in the day-to-day operations, ensuring every customer has a great experience. From start to finish, the process was smooth and professional. I’m excited to see what the future holds for CASA BLUI and wish them nothing but continued growth and success!

Casa Blui is next level in terms of professionalism and product quality. I learned about Casa Blui by surfing the web and after coming across their website, I immediately knew I needed to go deeper. After perusing their website for information on each of the spas in their product line, I took the next step and gave them a call to ask more specific questions. They guided me in making a wise decision that met all my needs (budget, quality, people capacity, aesthetics, etc.). I was in the process of having a pergola constructed where the spa would be located and they were very accommodating and flexible to store, deliver and set up when I needed it. They sent documents regarding the specs for the electrical set up prior to delivery and had their team come to inspect to ensure everything was perfect. Once it was delivered the set up process was seamless. After set up, their technicians returned a week later to make sure everything was working properly and to answer any questions I may have had. They also provided me with a spa service kit and once again reached out to see if there were any additional questions. They also welcomed the idea of me contacting them if ever I had any questions or concerns. If you want a top notch, sleek looking spa with the red carpet treatment in terms of sales and service, I highly recommend Casa Blui.

The whole experience from ordering to the actual installation was seemless. I have received so many compliments about how beautiful our new spa is. We purchased our spa to be installed in Utah and the Casa Blui team worked with our contractor to make sure everything was perfect. It’s definitely one of a kind - a piece of art!

I went through a lengthy and detailed due diligence and purchasing process with Casa Blui to purchase a luxury spa. I dealt ewith team members at various segments of their very helpful and continually responsive organization. I purchased a $31.000 luxury above ground spa which they put aside for Me because I had not moved into my new house. Only to learn that my hoa would not approve an above ground spa. I was nervous… paid $31k for a spa I could not use now what. Well Casa Blui did exactly what I prayed for. They understood my plight, realized i was in a bad spot and without requiring proof and with minimal discussion gave me a full refund In this day and age that type of customer service and empathy is normally a lost notion. Thanks to the team at Casa Blui for caring about your customer. I highly recommend Casa Blui.

We bought the Nova spa from Casa Blui and it’s everything you’d hope for. Phenomenal service and company.

I found the cube spa from Casa Blui after countless hours of Googleing. We were looking for a design that matches the clean, modern aesthetics of our home and practically all common above ground spas looked ugly/goofy to me with their plasticky appearance and the overbearing body moldings and random placements of jets. This was the design we had been looking for and it was a viable alternative to building an in-ground spa. It came with a price to match its cool looks, but it was still less than half the cost of an in-ground spa, without the construction problems and complicated maintenance. Naturally we were apprehensive about quality and service of such a small seller, but Andrei was super responsive and effective at putting my concerns at ease - one by one. We now have owned this spa for nearly one year and have not regretted the purchase, although there are a few drawbacks we experienced: 1. The control panel gets were finicky and unresponsive when wet (which is Harley avoidable when using the spa). 2. The installer did not point out the challenges of a surface set-up that was not completely flat. Like most concrete slabs, the one we used to set up our is titled in one direction to allow water to drain. Even the relatively small tilt, caused water to accumulate on top of the control panel, making it very hard to use. I had to hire a different contractor to lift the spa and level the surface underneath. 3. The cube spa looks great and works for us. However, you need to be aware that the bottom is level, which is somewhat different from most spas, that allow a conventional seating position. This spa has you more in a lounging position. 4. The built-in speakers work, but when you’re in the spa with the jets on, you will have to turn your volume up all the way, which means you’ll be mostly entertaining your neighbors.
