Never told me the item was out of stock or not able to get my sunglasses order from the warehouse. I cancelled my order because when I reached out to inquire about where my order was because there was no communication or status updates from anyone, that’s when I was told they wouldn’t be getting any more stock in or something that had to do with that particular pair of sunglasses I never received. So I cancelled my order and received a credit.

It was a great price but I do notice that the lenses weren't properly seated in the frames. But it'll do fine.

I received my order in a short amount of time in addition I had an issue with my order and it resolved right away. The customer service rep was very professional and she made sure that her resolution to my issue was satisfactory.

Although the shipping and receipt of my order was a bit slow, I received my order in great condition for a very good price.
