I bought a Myoglow from Derma Dream. I was advised not to buy the item on Amazon because it might be fake. I purchased this item through a link which is a no-no. Unbeknownst to me they started charging me 51 dollars monthly for a membership. I would never have signed up for a 600 dollar yearly membership for anything, especially online. This company is a scam. I am going to edit my review. There was in very small print a statement about the membership that I was signing up for. The PR for myoglow was very extensive in the website. It went on and on. No where whatsoever was there any mention of a membership ($600 for the year!) Only at the last step when you pressed pay, did the tiny print pop up, explaining the membership fee. Buyer beware on this website.

This is the same as My Derma Dream. TRICKERY. Tried to buy six eye sticks, wouldn't let me purchase unless I agreed to autoshipping service to more. So I did, thinking I could immediately cancel the autoship before they sent it out. BUT they sent me 12 sticks! And double charged my card! Then they made it almost impossible to cancel autoshipping. They bury the monthly membership cancel option through a series of twists and turns hidden in your account. Bombards you with 3 daily calls and emails to upsell you tons of more products. The worst of the worst!!! I suggest everyone file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau so we can get these jerks shut down!

I wouldn’t even give one star if that was possible. Worst experience ever. I have proof of 90 day satisfaction guarantee. Within a month I lost confidence in this company and asked for return information. I was never given the address. Finally was escalated to vip support where they denied they promised a 90 day guarantee. I then put in a charge back to PayPal and Chase. After that I received an email from them that they would give me a full refund (over $3k) if I would withdraw my dispute. I called Chase and asked if I withdrew my dispute and they didn’t follow through could I put in the dispute again. I was advised by Chase not to withdraw. I then replied to their email with this information and asked again for return authorization and instructions with detailed invoices so I could insure each package correctly. Absolutely no response. They respond to Chase and PayPal saying I received the product and denied the claim. I’m still trying to deal with the credit card companies. Most of the order was done over the phone with one of their reps who called me several times a day and I finally had to ask him not to call with upgrades any longer. I was told by him if I ordered a years supply that if I ran out I’d get more for just the cost of postage. Then a couple weeks later I was charged and $50 for the membership. This was detailed on my invoice as a free membership. I asked for a refund. That was also refused. The last response I got from Chase was that I was denied a $2k charge back because I was given the product for free. Then what did I pay 2k for? DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! I have screenshots of all this as proof. It’s not just my word against theirs. I have documentation. I’m really disappointed not only with this company but with PayPal and Chase because I expected to be protected by them.

I placed an order for 135.00 I received a call from their customer support asking questions about what area I wanted to work on I told her my arms she was telling me what I needed I told her I just wanted what I ordered she changed my order to a more expensive model and changed my order to 407.00 when I got the charge on my cc I called Derma dream they refused to issue a refund they said they don’t give refunds. My husband was in the middle of his treatments for cancer I did not have time to refute the charges. These people are dishonest. If you place an order expect a call telling you what you need and then changing your order to more expensive items.

I ask to please return it after two weeks and they said no that was not possible. Sometime later they offered me additional products as an alternative, but no return of the upsold online (while you are ordering derma dream)pro at 279.00. I am not really happy with product and really don't like the sales tactics they use.

After many hours of trying to cancel my order within 2 days of ordering, asking them NOT to ship the product that i do not want it, they sent it anyway. This caused me more problems returning it and getting a refund. I knew i was covered by paypal, but they denied my claim once the package was delivered to me. The customer service phone number rang and rang to no one answering time after time. Or it would ring 50 times and then drop the call. I do not have the bandwidth to tell every detail of my frustration and unhappy experience with this company. After reading all the bad reviews, and not seeing even 1 review of anyone happy with the products, I knew i had made a big mistake to order this without first checking the reviews. That's MY lesson to learn from this!! Many positive reviews 5 stars for customer service, sadly that was not my experience. I spent $275.10 for the products. I could not afford it and that mistake is on me. However WHEN I FINALLY got thru to customer service I spoke to a very fine gentleman named Fred. He actually listened to me, and was respectful of my needs and concerns. He resisted trying to convince me to try the products, I asked him not to please, and he heard me and how hard I tried to resolve this and cancel to avoid this waste of my time and energy, as well as a considerable amount of STRESS. He issued me a refund, and started the process. a Sales rep also was helpful named Japhas. He put a referral in for me to get a refund as well. I immediatey took the box of products to the Post Office and for $19.00 got it sent off to return. Well worth it to be done with this. The company needs more customer people to answer the phone and to be more like Fred. He was kind and actually gave me what I wanted. A refund. Whew!! In a few days I will have the full refund. Sometimes you have to be a VERY Squeaky and persistent WHEEL to get the oil. With a recent triple bypass surgery, I did not need this stress. Make it easier for your customers Derma Dream, that is GOOD Business. Thank you FRED, you were the person to rescue me from this nightmare. Good will, is priceless. To Whom It May Concern, I am writing to share a warning regarding my recent experience with ​Derma Dream. When placing an order, it is not made clear that the purchase includes a recurring monthly subscription of more than $50. Furthermore, when I contacted the company immediately after being charged, they refused to issue a reimbursement or accept any returns. While they then claim that products are free during the membership period, they charge a $10.00 shipping fee for each item. This has been the worst experience I have had with a company in my 83 years. Please exercise extreme caution before ordering from this business.

This company is a fraud they bait and switched me to a cheaper device and after several attempts to get them to to correct the mistake I just give up that’s what they want us to do is just give up. They pepper you with text and they pepper you with emails and this has been going on for a week. I’m turning in a bad review and do not order their products.
