Great experience! Quick response from customer service when I had questions about seats including details and pictures.

We enjoyed our experience, the only concern we had was the parking, as we paid $215.00 to park at one of the locals home, when we could have parked at another local for $20 dollars. The food at the derby needs improvement because almost everyone was selling the same thing as the food was not good except for fries, and tulips drinks, and lilies of course!

Great seats, great price, trustworthy and awesome experience.

We assumed we'd get lanyards as we did 5 years ago. DerbyBox was promoting on social media the "free lanyards" but we didn't get any. Also, 5 years ago, a rep from DerbyBox came to our seats to personally greet us and ask if we needed anything. No such contact this time. I guess spending over $8,000.00 just doesn't get you any customer service.
