Purchased package for the Derby in Jan
Purchased package for the Derby in Jan. Found out in March my husband has throat cancer and chemo and radiation treatments would start late April for 7 consecutive weeks. I contacted Derby Box on March 25th to cancel and they informed me they could only refund 75% because I might be trying to scam them. Totally disgusting. Hoping to celebrate cancer free at the Derby next year but will not be using this company.

It's always scary to buy Derby tickets…
It's always scary to buy Derby tickets from any place other than Churchill but dealing with Derby Box was very easy and delivered what they promised. Purchase with confidence.

Wonderful experience.
Had a wonderful experience with derby box! Exceptional customer service and fast shipping. I wasn’t sure if I would be receiving an e ticket or paper tickets so I Emailed derby box and received a reply within minutes. Will definitely purchase again.
