The wagering on my bonus was 35x when I accepted it. I'm sure of it. After I completed it, they said it was actually 50x and I hadn't met the terms. How convenient for them.

After months of arguing, they said they could 'temporarily' close my account for three months. Why? So they can email me when it expires and try to pull me back in. It's never a full closure.

The live chat agents are just bots with copy-paste answers. They don't have the power to do anything and just waste your time until you give up.

The bonuses have ridiculous deadlines. 30x wagering in 24 hours? But give me a break, it's obviously impossible. Dirty work.

Those "free spins" of theirs are a trap. You get 20 spins on a dead slot that pay absolutely nothing, and then the small print says you have to make a deposit to even release the winnings. False advertising.

I deposited $200, launched Sweet Bonanza, and thought I'd have a chill session. What a lie my balance just disappeared. I am not even exaggerating, it was gone in less than 10 minutes. I didn't see any bonus buy opportunities, I didn't get a single winning that made me think the game was even running. The most I hit was around 15x my bet right before the rest were eaten. It didn't feel like bad luck; it felt like the game was simply malfunctioning. Extremely depressing.
