Delilah HomeReviews of delilahhome.com

I recently received 2 of the Delilah Home Organic Bath Towels in light grey. I can honestly say I was so excited to use them and they did not disappoint. They are so plush and thick! I feel like I am at the spa whenever I use them. I would definitely recommend!

Ilovethe sheets i have got from you wii never buy any other sheeds.

I have had a great experience with Delilah Home, both in terms of the towels, which are wonderfully soft, quick to dry, and stay-fresh; and, in terms of the service. I had a couple of questions about the shipment and product and received clear answers immediately! Highly recommended.

These are great towels! SUPER soft and fluffy. Great colors. However, I wish Delilah Home could use more eco-friendly packaging and eliminate the non-recyclable plastic bags and polyester ribbons that the towels come with.

I had read great reviews of the towels offered by this company and have just received them so I cannot speak to their quality after use. They certainly look and feel soft and I am sure they will live up to the standard of excellence described. What I CAN address is the excellent customer service I have experienced thus far. Michael has been unfailingly responsive with an ordering issue I had, not only emailing me back in the evening, but rectifying the situation the next morning, as promised. In a day and age when customer service is not always as accessible as one would like, this particular level of service is greatly appreciated and speaks to the integrity of this business. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to any consumer.

Good communication and fast arrival however the masks are too large and unwearable, was told by owner to wash and dry on high heat, this is inconvenient since I have to use a laundromat and is now costing me an extra 10 dollars to do so. Not sure if this will even work. I work at a doctors office so hemp face masks were exciting and important to us struggling with allergic reactions to disposable masks. Disappointed so far. Updated since the owner is very nice and refunding me, the masks are very soft and nice quality unfortunately I can't give a better star review since the size threw all of that out the window. I will still try to wash dry and shrink because I would really like to wear it. Will update again if it works or not. Thank you to the owner for awesome customer service.

We love these sheets!

My order seemed to be quite delayed so I emailed customer service. The owner (!) promptly wrote back and explained that the items were back ordered, and that the supply chain had been interrupted due to the pandemic. He said that it should arrive in 3 weeks (this was no problem to me) but turns out it arrived a few days later. Fabulous! I will definitely order from Delilah Home again.
