The class experience was exceptional. More emphasis should be on lighting operation on new vehicles. Many people think that their dash lights are on, their headlights are on.

For the most part the experience was good, the help people were very helpful when I needed them, the only bad thing was when I used text verification code it always said the code was incorrect
Response from Defensive Drivers Institute· Jul 25, 2024
Thank you for your feedback and review! We're pleased to hear that you had a good experience overall and found our support team helpful. We apologize for the inconvenience you encountered with the text verification code. I checked with our customer service team and see you were able to move forward and complete the course by using the voice method. In any case, we greatly appreciate this feedback and will look into it further. Aside from that issue, if there was anything else we could've done to earn that 5th star, please don't hesitate to let us know.
