Hate the time requirements
Hate the time requirements, way to long.
Response from Defensive Drivers Institute· Aug 26, 2026
Thank you for your feedback, Michael. We completely understand your frustration with the time requirements. Unfortunately, those timers are mandated by Arizona state regulations. We wish we didn't have to enforce them, especially for faster readers like yourself who move through the content quickly, but we're required to follow these guidelines to remain an approved provider in Arizona. We know it's frustrating when you're ready to move forward but the system requires you to wait. That's a limitation of the state requirements, not something we can change. Thank you for choosing Defensive Drivers Institute.
