I had an issue with a product that stopped working right before the warranty expired. The sales person was very lovely, very helpful and I received the new replacement product in a week. I was very happy!!

Finally a pair of earphones that doesn't hurt my ears / head, even after hours of continuous listening. Quality of sound is amazing, better than my previous earphones. I have very high standards, only using top studio quality audio gear. Very satisfied, highly recommend to anyone who is seeking a wonderful listening experience.

You can’t get a hold of them if you have a problem my case is having issues I want to return it and they will not return any correspondence it’s very difficult to get a hold of them I still haven’t heard back. You have to chat it’s not a live chat it takes your message and says it will get back to you but they don’t!!!!!!!
