So far so great. Customer service was extremely fast and friendly and they took care of transferring my server from another host, which was not easy given the volume of data. My server is running very smoothly so far.

I had a minor issue with logging in, any other site would have taken ages to answer me about it, but I put in a support ticket on discord and within seconds they answered me (a real person!) and my problem was resolved! Very kind and helpful team

Running the 8 gig memory package. Haven’t had to talk with support staff once. Needs a restart once every day or so if I play too much (8+ hours). Takes two minutes at most to restart. All this with 250~ mods.

I opened up a Minecraft server for me and my friends to play on for a while and Dedicated MC were great. Not only are their prices reasonable, but the server ping was really good (I'm based in England/UK) and their support was quick and top notch. Their documentation is also really good, which is very useful for a first timer like me in helping me get set up properly. Would recommend them 100%

I never had issues with the server. The performance was always very good, and the customer support is incredible! All of my support messages were answered in less than one minute!

Had an issue where I hadn't messed around with my server in a couple months, and during that time, the way you install and run a server had changed. Ego the support agent helped me navigate my confusion and get things back on track. Really appreciate how quick and easy they make things!
