I found a hard to find item here at a very good price. Customer Service (Gibi) was very helpful. Advised back order time up front and advised shipping information as requested. Item was as described and well packaged. I would order from this company again.

Item still has not shipped. Was not available in house even tho I was not informed of that when I ordered or I'd have ordered elsewhere.

I was pleased with the customer service rep who helped me order, but I was disappointed in the shipping of my purchase. I ordered in early Dec expecting to receive the items before I left on a trip 2 weeks later. I was disappointed that it took them 10 days to ship.
