I absolutely love the fact that I can sample products before buying. In a brick and mortar you can spray, sniff and that’s it. This gives me the opportunity to wear the perfume and make a sensible choice. The company itself is very attentive and professional. The samples are delivered really quick and sealed beautifully. I LOVE this company and their concept.

When I first started ordering from decantx the shipping was immediate, it would be on the way within 2 days...now its a week later from time of purchase im getting a notification saying my package has shipped. Before I was a bronze, silver, gold...now platinum member, every once in awhile id get a little 1ml or 2ml complimentary gift with a little thank you note, or something. Now, nothing...ive ordered less and less from this site because of it. value and show appreciation for your reward program customers spending money.
