Order Corrected!
My selection of a Decant wasn’t available at the time. Customer Service person proactively informed me about this and suggested I select another fine perfume. I selected my next best choice right away. The company emailed me back informing me that my original choice is now back in stock will be shipped out with my original order. Unfortunately I received my next best choice, not my original selection. When I pointed this out, the Customer Service representative immediately replied saying they owe up to thebmix up and are shipping my original choice right away. Wow! I will of course end up with two great perfumes. But the manner in which the representative went above and beyond his/her job in making me satisfied goes to speak volumes upon the Customer Satisfaction this company places in transactions. Kudos to a job well done. You have made a lifelong fan out of me!

Thank you so much for taking the time to share this thoughtful review! We’re truly grateful for your understanding throughout the mix-up, and we’re glad our team was able to make things right quickly. Your patience and kindness made the process even smoother. We’re happy you’ll end up with two great fragrances, but even happier that the care and effort from our customer service team stood out to you. Providing a positive, supportive experience is incredibly important to us, and it means a lot to know it made a difference. Thank you again for your trust and for becoming a lifelong customer. We’re honored to have you!
