Good Problem-Solving Customer Service
I had an issue with one of the fragrances, but after reaching out they really held me come to a positive resolution. I feel very happy with the outcome and will continue shopping with DecantX.

Highly recommend DecantX
I have had a great experience exploring so many decants from here, samples are always well priced and arrive in great condition. The customer support is very quick and helpful to resolve any issues as well. Highly recommend!

Quality Customer Support
My first order was delivered to the wrong address via FedEx, however the awesome people at DecantX were able to remedy the situation quickly. You all have great customer service, keep it up! 👍

Doing business with an unknown company…
Doing business with an unknown company is always a gamble...Will the item(s) arrive timely?...Will the item(s) be as described?....Will there be any of the items requiring customer service intervention?....Will the service desk be competent, courteous and open minded addressing a complaint?......In purchasing from DecantX over the holidays, I experienced agreeable outcomes over all these milestones mentioned.....I must commend them for running their operations so professionally...Their's should be a case study for any business school offering an MBA.......PH 1/13/26

Excellent products and customer service
I have been impressed with the quality of the products and even more impressed that when I had an issue with a defective atomizer they were quick to help me attempt to troubleshoot it and find a solution. Would recommend buying from them! Very responsive and shipping is fast too.
