I echo many of the reviewers...the representatives are amazing...the whole process was less painful than ripping off a bandage. EVERY one of the representatives were so kind & like one review said NOT JUDGY! I felt overwhelmed but ones I spoke with were so reassuring & genuinely concerned...I can feel the care they put into what they represent & that's so rare these days...I've expressed to each rep I've spoken with, how much I appreciated them & how each were absolutely kind...kindness during this process helps to calm my thoughts ❤️ They were on top of things too...amazing how quickly they started the process...4 years seems like a day compared to 30 years.
