I had ordered a necklace for a friend for Christmas and it never showed up, so I emailed customer support and Amber was very very very supportive and helpful. She got a replacement sent out immediately! Very great customer support

The rug arrived dirty and stained. It looks like it has been used. I couldn't give it to my son for a Christmas gift. I'd like a refund.
