Work was completed quickly and well! Only one small flaw. Pretty good for a backdrop that's 23 feet long and 8 feet tall!

The final product is great but it came after the event! This is the second time that I pay express shipping fees but between the printing and the expedition, a delay occurs! Otherwise great product!

The backdrop is very nice and will serve my organization's needs well. I could not make my promised 15% code work when I went to order, so I went online and found a 30% discount that DID work, so I'm happy.

The product ended up being really good and arrived in a decent amount of time with the expedited shipping, but I didn't get a proof and I wasn't able to communicate with the company.

The product arrived and is exactly what I purchased. Shipping was very slow. Needs improvement.

The backdrop is wonderful. We did have a problem with one of the bolts bending and had to replace it with one we purchased from a hardware store.

The fabric quality was excellent. Should be useable for years to come. From purchase to delivery it seemed to take a long time—about 2 1/2 weeks. I was a little disappointed in the design I chose as it was a little too gray and black and not quite how the online picture depicted it. There’s no return policy so you have to be sure of what you want.

Product was of good quality and appearance...tracking number was incorrect according to USPO and I could not track...I had no apprix shipping / arrival date and inefficient way to communicate....was worried I had used a fraudulent site...
