I ordered a dining set that looked beautiful online, but the table arrived damaged and one of the chair screws was drilled incorrectly, making it impossible to secure properly. I reached out to customer service right away, sent photos, and got only one reply. It’s now been over a week with no updates or resolution. It’s disappointing because I truly love the design, but between the quality issues and lack of response, I can’t recommend this company. I’ve also noticed only 5-star reviews appear on their website, which doesn’t seem to reflect the real customer experience.

Ordered a leather accent chair and a set of barstools from Dayalane. The chair arrived quickly and was simple to assemble. The quality and craftsmanship exceeded my expectations—I couldn’t be happier with it! I also accidentally ordered the wrong barstools, but customer service was prompt, friendly, and made the exchange process easy. Overall, an excellent experience—highly recommend!

I ordered two chairs from Daya Lane. The chairs were great quality with only a slight issue. I emailed customer service and they responded quickly and provided a solution immediately. I will shop with them again.
