The locks were shipped and received. We tried to set up the account and it does not work. We have called customer service and left 5 messages and no return call or email. The locks are useless without a code and I can't get anyone to contact me. I will be calling the bank to protest the purchase.

We've used these locks for all our facilities! They are very convenient for outside of office hours and remote locations. They are safe and secure!

The guy I spoke with was very informative and very patient. I am so glad my storage software rep told me "many clients are using Davinci locks." This was an efficient way of locking and handling my storage units that I wasn't aware of. I am new to the business as I just bought the units last month.

i ordered the locks 3 weeks ago and they still havent arrived. They said "Out for delivery" since April 25th. I love davinci's but UPS has dropped the ball.

This has been a rollercoaster of bad to good to really bad again. I left my first review after ordering my $1400 worth of locks and then waiting over a week to get any one to help me set up my account and walk through the onboarding. I then talked to Sebastian who was so awesome getting me set up I went back and even changed my review to a very positive review. Now two weeks later I have been calling leaving messages and emailing for support...... and...... nothing!? I don't even know what to say here, this is ridiculous. You NEED more staff or the messages are not being process I don't know but something is really stinking broken! And I am still waiting for someone to call back..... to help me with my manager and getting him set up with a login and a walk through on the system along with ESS interrogations.
