Definitely a scam
Please do not order from here! I ordered from this company almost a month ago and after my item got stuck along the way, they offered no updates or resolution. I reached out to their Instagram, their provided email and rang both a US number and Irish number associated with the site. Still no responses or updates, had to raise a case to get my money back! Don’t waste your time (Edit: they want me to change this review but I only got the item after posting here and in their Instagram dm’s, funny how that works isn’t it)

Paints could be better
Paints are very thick does not paint on smooth.

Hi Kylie, thanks for taking the time to share this, and I am sorry the paints felt too thick and did not go on smoothly. Acrylic paint can sometimes thicken in transit or with temperature changes. A quick fix that usually helps is to add 1 to 2 tiny drops of clean water, mix well, and apply in thin layers, letting each layer dry before the next. If a color still feels stubborn, using a slightly damp brush (not wet) can help it flow more evenly. We would also like to make this right. If you can message us your order number and which colors were giving you trouble, we will send replacements or help troubleshoot color by color. Thanks again, and sorry for the frustration. Ordered a kit on the 22nd November for…
Ordered a kit on the 22nd November for a Xmas gift, I needed time to ship on to a different location, the order number is 17872, 20 days later I still don't know where my kit is, as all of the tracking info is written in Chinese !!! A few things davincified DON'T tell you when you place an order........ It's a UK website, but they actually ship from China, It takes them 3-5 working days to actually pick them off the shelf and initiate shipping. Their 7-14 day delivery time is total rubbish, they don't include weekends or bank holidays in this timescale. It's now been 20 days since placing my order, and I now have no chance of shipping it on to it's final destination in time for the Xmas gift it was intended to be. Hugely disappointed with a company that's supposed to be one of the best out there. I have emailed customer services 4 times so far, most recently 3 days ago where Josephine asked for some time to look into this and would reply ASAP. 72 hours later and still no reply They don't care about the customer once they have your money, which in my case was approximately £60, not exactly cheap for a pbn kit. By all means read the 5* reviews before ordering, though I also urge anyone buying here to read the 1* reviews too, this way you will see a true indication of how good this company is !!
