Easy process, customer service rep was very caring and handled my concerns with confidence

other than occasional delivery issues where I need to turn to whatever my other animal is eating.....cat food for my dog or dog food for my cat.....I really appreciate how well my animals do on your food. I even started cooking the cat food for my 17 year old cat because she totally eats up this food but I have been advised that you need to give cooked food to older animals.

I absolutely love the customer service. The new website is taking a bit to get used to but will eventually. My dogs love the food and makes me happy

This is only my second order. I have 2 papillons, Harrison is 8 lbs (12 years old) , Quincy is 4 lbs (18 months). I can’t seem to get them wholly on Darwin. Keeping them at 75% Darwin, 25% kibble; Carna 4 results in stable weight and decent poops.

My dog only likes this brand. He is a picky eater.

I like the packaging size. Other brands come in larger frozen packages and it means that the raw food is in the fridge for longer periods until it's all used up. Now, one package only lasts 2-3 days, so I know it's not spoiling. Cat's had no issues switching brands and they seem to love the taste.

Great prescription kidney raw diet - been super happy in the last 6 months! Dog seems happy, healthy and more energetic.
