Worked this time. Meat arrived frozen and the TWO bags of ice were also mostly frozen. Need to keep this up as any future lapse like last time is a done deal for me.

Great product. A little pricey but worth it for my dog who has heart issues. The only negative is that shipping is usually a bit behind when expected (one day usually). Might be UPS tho.

I appreciate that Darwin's is responsive when things don't go well and make a continued effort to expand their product line, especially for cats. My cats loved their lamb product, sadly, it's only offered to dogs now, but I did try the rabbit they are now offering, and so far, the results are good with one cat, the others will try it tomorrow. My cats definitely prefer Darwin's products over several others I have tried.
