We regret that we were not able to meet your expectations given that as per our specific policies, including our cancellation and return policies, returns resulting from customer's preferences incur a $35 return fee as the items are shipped cross-border from Italy, and the shipping fees and irrecoverable duties charged are non-refundable. At Darveys, our top priority is customer satisfaction and therefore we encourage customers to review all terms and conditions, which are detailed on our website, prior to placing an order. To ensure a smooth shopping experience for all customers, we also mention during the checkout process that free shipping is only applicable for orders $350 and above. Additionally, our homepage prominently features a notification at the top indicating this policy.
