Hi Bill, I am so sorry that your piece reached you in this state; broken glass makes us so sad. We take extensive precautions to make sure our products get to you in pristine condition; unfortunately, shipping accidents still occur on occasion. Thankfully, it looks like you opted to insure your delivery with Route Shipping Insurance! Please open the email you received from Route and follow the link to file your claim. Once they have reviewed and approved the claim, they will immediately send a replacement order for you at no cost. We hope your day only gets better from here.
