high quality products, great delivery service, my favorite guitar company.

I do understand that parts are expensive so you charged me $100 for the part even though my guitar tech thought it should be free. To add insult to injury the screw holes on the new tailpiece were 1 1/2 " and the old holes were 1 " . And I spoke to those who should know this but I was not warned of this

The website was very good. It was strange that all of your hard cases were sold out. I got the gig bag. I will keep it but it could use a little thicker padding, especially along the edges that take a hit when putting the guitar down on it's edge.

Product was great quality. Customer service was A++. Great job.

My order was incomplete. I did not receive the Grateful Dead guitar strap. I was very disappointed.

Tbh I had to cancel my order because I had to leave town early and I was not gonna be there to receive the package. After I asked them to cancel my order they did it right away. I’ll purchase it again later.

This is my third D'Angelico and I can't say enough nice things about the quality, play-ability, and overall tones either acoustic or electric at any price-point (I have two Premier and one Excel so far!).
