If you are someone that knows absolutely nothing or very little about calories, this isnt a diet for you. I got an e-book with foods in different caloric categories. There was no coaching about how many calories daily I should be eating. Now as far as the cycling part. It was as generic as could be. Warm up, ride your bike for an allotted amount of time and cool down. I knew as soon as I received my information that I had wasted my money. Google could produce more helpful information and thats free. We work hard for our money and I dont want to see another person be as disappointed as I was.

I signed up for this because the advertisement Falsely claimed that the exercise regimen would be customized to the amount of time and specific days I had available to exercise weekly. He quickly became apparent to me that there was no such customization. When I contacted the company to request a refund (within a week of the purchase), the company only refunded half the purchase price. This company is not ethical and I highly discourage anyone from purchasing anything from this company.
