It was all good, untill they decided to go into "meintance" that has been going for more than 3 months now. Every recent review says it's a scam. I am deleting my account with them and I happy I had only a few unused cents.

It's a scam I ordered and it's been 10 days they haven't send me anything I asked customer service after trying for so many times they are unable to give any answer and tell me wait please don't use thier service .

Bought card on october 31, didn't receive any card, just couple emails about their shop. I emailed them on Nov 17, telling that I haven't received any cards, day after they replied that my card is being processed and 5 days ago I asked them again, where is my card, how it is, haven't got any emails. Thanks for wasting my precious time

So here's the deal, I was using but all of a sudden the card got vanished. I asked them, and they said due to maintenance the card was removed. They never returned the card fee which they took. Anyways they told me to order a new card from the shop for $8. So first, the card was $5, which got removed, and now I have to pay $8 to get a new one. The funny thing there was negotiating this thing; they promised me the new card would be $6, but they took $8 and also didn't return my old card fee. Most importantly their new card doesn't even work. Now I am left with nothing. They don't even respond on tickets for weeks.

Please be aware, once you deposit money, you can't withdraw it anymore! I have deposited $260 via PM and later they requested to verify my account or I won't be able to use my funds. I was requested to provided a copy of my ID, utility bill, also selfie with my ID. I have provided documentation, my account was verified. Guess what, they scammed me of my documentation and I'm unable to withdraw anyone, their website says 1 business day and nothing happens for 4 days, and of course, nobody answers. THIS IS A SCAM WEBSITE, DON'T USE THEIR SERVICES. UPDATE to their scam answer My user id with them is: trochoidanhcho453 My email address is my user id + @gmail.com They are asking for email address because they know users are not allowed to provide email addresses here. Their answer is generic, nothing will happen, live chat was informed about this issue the past days also opened a ticket which was marked as treated, but was not. Before requesting to withdraw my money, they were answering to my requests very fast, now, they simply ignore any request.
