I placed a order of bluebird account on…
I placed a order of bluebird account on that website and I got my account within 3 days but the account they gave me has a issue its virtual debit card is not working I emailed them many times to give me another account or help me but they never responded and i have 64$ stuck in that account. These are pure SCAMMERS order id 1123

The virtual card doesn't work at money transfer , crypto currency, gambling and to some other restricted sites. Maybe you tried to use the card at one of these sites. Also you have to use this card from USA. Although if you can't use the fund from your bank account, then you can withdraw this my sending the fund to another bluebird account. If you don't have anyone to send, then let us know, we can withdraw it for you.

Very bad experience
Very bad experience, more than 70 hours have passed and I have not received the card. Please solve the problem, otherwise I will be forced to leave bad reviews, I hope it's not fraud

Sorry for the inconvenience, we generally deliver the cards within 24 hours. But sometimes it delay, but your card was delivered, if you didn't receive the delivery yet, then please let us know.

I was hoping for a free virtual card buy cost is insane
I was hoping for a free virtual card but in dollars it cost alot ( the currency i use is ZAR) wondered why I had to fund my card when I can so it later

Actually we don't provide a card with zero balance, also it's not possible.

Please let us know your order number and last 4 digits of your card, we will definitely check why your card is not working. Again, the virtual card doesn't work at money transfer , crypto currency, gambling and to some other restricted sites. Maybe you tried to use the card at one of these sites.
