Customer Service Fail
This experience was great until I had a question and had to call in. The gentleman that I had to speak with was super rude and had no customer service skills at all. If I could find the boxes that we needed else where i would have ordered somewhere else.

Hello GB, Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback. I apologize for the negative experience you had with our customer service team. We will review the situation internally, as that is far from the service level expectation we have here at Custom Boxes Now. I will send you a direct message to follow up. Thank you for your business. -Matt, CustomBoxesNow.com

Great and fast service
We had a great experience ordering custom made boxes. The order was handled quick and efficiently, even with it being a rather large order. Thanks so much!
