This company has done wonders for my self confidence, I used their products for 3 years and my adult acne has finally phased out after having severe acne since 16. I went through accutane at 17 and countless north controls to get it under control, this company and this team will always have a big thank you from me!

After a year of using their subscription service, the volume of their products went down (went from lasting two months per order to one) and the price went up $20. They refused to acknowledge this and said their products had not changed although they clearly did. Also, would not let me leave a review on their page. They told me the only reviews they let on there are from influencers that they clearly paid for good reviews. Very bad company and terrible value.

I sincerely apologize for any confusion or frustration this situation has caused. In regards to your concern with our price increase, please know that this is the first time we've raised our prices since 2014, to keep up with the costs of goods. The size of our bottles and the amount of product we provide has remained the same. Our large prescription bottle includes 24g worth of product. In regards to leaving reviews, we currently do not have an internal platform for leaving reviews that go directly on our website. The reviews on our website are pulled from public platforms such as TrustPilot! We do not incentivize reviews in any way. I deeply apologize if we misinformed you.

Love the cleansing lotion, it has helped neutralize my skin barrier so it's never irritated and impurities come out fast every time. It does feel like a formulation that helps my skin and is made for my needs. Overall 10/10!

Over the past two decades, I have used many subscription face regimes, from many well known companies. Agency is my all time favorite. I have my own dermatologist, great communication, personalized rx's, and a product which is making a difference.

There was an issue w my payment and subscription, so I emailed as soon as I saw the issue. The response was timely, and I received my results quickly!

Curology does not send emails before a subscription is renewing, and then there is no way to cancel the order. I had cancelled my subscription after being put on accutane, but apparently it didn’t actually cancel but instead just skipped a couple months? I really don’t know what happened, but I do know that I’m out $60 and when I tried texting their customer support about it, they completely stopped responding. ——Updated to 3 stars 11/1/23—— After posting this review, I received a response from Anna, the Customer Success Manager. She was very apologetic of the poor customer service I received in August and is trying to make things right. It is apparent that her responses are personalized and not just a copied and pasted template – I actually feel heard and hope that they will improve their service in the future to include pre-order notifications.

Super quick response! & accommodating. I forgot my product at my hotel while on vacation, and the team was able to help me in getting it replaced in a timely matter.
