Despite the often distressing images of animals, the specific cases presented make the issues feel more real and impactful. This deeper understanding has made me more inclined to donate.

Thank you so much Kaitlyn, We know that our cases can sometimes be hard to see, but they accurately reflect the hardships these poor animals go through. These sweet creatures are so lucky to have a kind, compassionate and wonderful person like yourself on their team! Thank you for everything you do for animals in need and please let me know if we can ever be of any assistance. Have an incredible day!

I like the work they do. However, I found it offputting to ask for a 'tip' at checkout in addition to the donation that I made. Perhaps they could use another term that might better describe what the additional funds were for.

Hi Mark, Thanks so much for the review, we take your feedback very seriously. I just wanted to provide some insight on our tip feature. CUDDLY is a free fundraising and wishlist platform for non-profit animal rescues and shelters to utilize. We implemented our tip feature to help us cover the cost of financial transactions and CUDDLY's continuing mission to support rescues and shelters around the world. That being said, the tip feature is also 100% optional. You can opt out of tipping by clicking "custom amount" and typing "0". Concerning the tipping feature, we implemented this option to help keep our platform completely free for shelters and rescues to use. That being said, the tip feature is also 100% optional. If a tip was inadvertently added to your donation, our friendly customer service team can get that refunded for you. You can reach out to us at [email protected]. Thank you for joining us in the mission to save more animals!

Trustworthy place to donate or help animals in need. I often worry about donating to sketchy websites but this is great!
