You rescue some animals that would otherwise die without help! So many victims of cruelty!

I really think you guys are doing God's work. I came to know of cuddly bc of sweet Fern and I was touched. I know seeing what evil people do to these special fur babies has to take a toll on you guys, so I'm sending healing vibes your way. But you guys are great.

First time ordering. Just adopted a puppy from Operation Kindness. They gave us a gallon sized Ziploc food. It was Cuddly. Seems like a great formula. Ordered on a Wednesday and paid for USPS Priority (1 business day). Didn't ship until Friday. Was sent Ground. I sent 2 inquiries. NO RESPONSE. So, customer service leaves a lot to be desired.
