Communication has been spot on
Communication has been spot on, very prompt. The club cover is ok, but not a "clone" or worth $300. Arrival from time of order was acceptable. but wish it had been a better match to Lucy.

Non ci somiglia ....
Mi aspettavo dato il.costo molto importante del.peluche fosse un vero clone . Avevo mandato.piu'di 14 foto da varie angolazioni....posso dire che non e'per nulla il.mio cane. Poi le spese di sdoganamento.che ovviamente loro tacciono sono molto molto.impegnative.Peccato avevo delle aspettative molto molto alte.

My experiences with cuddle clones was…a great experience from start to finish
My experiences with cuddle clones was easy and confident in my start to finish and my question was answered quickly and understandable They take care of you with the top priority of their work and our Precious love ones and this is my second cuddle clone. Thanks cuddle clones for all you do to have our cuddle clones brought our babies home to be able to have in remembrance of our beloved pets/babies Hundred percent.

I mistakenly chose an option for my…
I mistakenly chose an option for my Cuddle Clone that would not look correct on the finished clone. I contacted CC via the chat option to get it changed. I received immediate attention and the mistake I had made was corrected within several minutes. Fantastic customer service! Thank you!!

The first Cuddle Clone I was sent did not look enough like my baby. I contacted the company, and they went above and beyond to make sure that they re-made my Cuddle Clone to my expectations. I can’t thank them enough!
