Do not give Cuddle Clones your business or hard-earned money. Further, I recommend that you file a formal complaint with the Consumer Protection Division of the Attorney General's Office for the state in which you reside in the United States (which is what I've done). Cuddle Clones has made countless misrepresentations in writing on its website and in its emails to customers as to Cuddle Clones' ability/willingness to (1) deliver a shipment in a timely manner and/or before the Christmas holiday; and (2) refund all monies paid by customers who cancel orders and/or receive unsatisfactory orders so that the customers can be adequately compensated and made whole. Further, Cuddle Clones ignores commercial and industry standards and fails to make customer-service representatives available by telephone; email appears to be the only means by which customers can communicate with Cuddle Clones. Here is a sample of the email communications between Cuddle Cones and me this month (December 17-18, 2024): "Hey Michaeel (sic), Thank you for reaching out, and I sincerely apologize for any concerns this delay may have caused. I have good news! Your order has already been sent to our headquarters and is currently in production. You will receive an email with the tracking information as soon as it is shipped, and we are working diligently to get it to you as quickly as possible. I understand the importance of receiving your order in time for Christmas, and we are making every effort to ensure it arrives before the holiday. Thank you for your patience and understanding during this busy season". Best regards, Bruna from Cuddle Clones. Previous Message "Good afternoon. I placed this order 13 days ago online and paid $29.99 for expedited shipping for a guarantee that my order will arrive before Christmas Day (see below). I have not received a single update to inform me that production is complete and/or my shipment is on its way; Christmas Day is only 8 days away. I have no interest in receiving this order once Christmas Day has come and gone; I will cancel the order and dispute the charge with my credit card company in the event that this order does not arrive to me before Christmas Day. Misleading. You have to pay two different fees to ensure Christmas delivery. It's not really clear when you purchase that you need to pay the double surcharge. Once as a "rush fee" then a second "rush shipment" so I guess I got scammed. If you contact them to try and resolve, they tell you to pound sand and go to their FAQs. Very difficult to cancel order so I guess I'll go through my bank.

I ordered custom PJs as a Christmas gift. Took almost a month for them to ship but that’s ok since they are custom made. However I got this message from USPS: “Package seized by USPS for counterfeit postage and will not be delivered. Please contact the merchant or seller with any questions.“ Cuddle Clones support told me to go ahead and pay USPS to cover the shipping costs and they would reimburse me. I tried that, and USPS told me they could only release the package back to the company that shipped it. Now it’s less than a week before Christmas and I don’t have a present and have wasted time and money. I asked for a refund. Jan 5 Update: they have not refunded me nor sent any update since December 19. Feb 2 update: I requested they refund my order, since I was charged back in November and to date have not received anything. Instead, they wanted to complete and send it, which I agreed to on Jan 6. I still have not received the order. I reached out to customer service for an update and they keep assuring me it’s on its way. It has now been 84 days since I ordered the PJs, and I’ve exchanged more than a dozen emails with them, with no tangible progress in sight. At this point I’m just morbidly curious to see if they will ever fulfill this order.

I ordered the braided bracket with gem where a picture should be visible. It is so small that I doubt any picture is enclosed in the gem. The braid is thin and not worth the $35 price I paid. Returning it 20 minutes after receiving it.

I am very disappointed with their customer service. They clearly seem to be able to respond to comments on trustpilot but not be able to respond to emails or chats? I want to change the shipping address on my order, my order has been ready for shipping for over a week but has not shipped yet. I understand there is a volume issue as it is the holidays, that is fine. I want to change the shipping address to my Christmas destination so I can still gift the items for the holidays and so CuddleClones can fulfill their promise of "delivery by Christmas" that I paid almost $40 extra for, but I can't get anyone to respond back to me. If the items don't arrive by Christmas it isn't the biggest deal but it's frustrating that they cannot respond to their customer service channels..but they can respond to comments on here

I ordered 3 sets of PJ's and a necklace. While there was some upset when shipping info said my entire order was delivered and it wasn't, the customer service I received was great. The customer service agent provided updated tracking and she knew exactly what had happened. The rest of the order arrived the next day. The products I received are beautiful and I am so excited to give them as gifts!

Great customer service! Although I have not received my order yet, the customer service department, Irish specifically, was very quick to answer my question, clarifying a concern I had when placing my order.
