Easy ordering though it would be nice if you could see a preview of the pajama’s like other sites. Quality is what I hoped for. Only issue was how much I paid for shipping to get by Christmas and it came in after.

I like the product you presented I couldn’t buy the first time but I will definitely order once I get my taxes that’s a promise, just alone from the support I received from Irish and too your company creates for me cherished memories of my pet in life form. I have never been so impressed as you took immediate attention to my concern and I just plain like your idea to give pet owners something to hold on too for those who lost a beloved pet. The product I received is not at all what I purchased. It didn’t arrive before Christmas even after being charged a fee to guarantee Christmas delivery. No response from customer service after numerous attempts.

I found this company while researching an option to create a Christmas gift for my wife and I’s two children. Sebastian (age 9) and Anthony (age 14). We unfortunately lost our family dog, shortly before Christmas. Logan (our four legged family member, had been in both children’s lives since they were born. They loved him so very much. Our youngest has bed sheets and pillow cases with with an image of Logan on them well before Logan fell ill. Since Logan’s passing Sebastian would not sleep without those sheets. (Lots of laundry to keep them in the rotation, lol) He would also be sure to continually leave a spot open in his bed in case Logan came back from heaven for the night and wanted to sleep as he used to. This is how Cuddle Clones came into our lives. The cuddle clone process is very simple. Just supply some reference images showing your fur babies coat, proportions and any unique features that made them special. They were extremely prompt with inquiring about more details they require to make the TOP NOTCH product they create, as well as answering any questions you may have. The end result! JUST WOW!!!! Our boys were legitimately speechless! Fighting back tears they couldn’t stop pointing out just how much Cuddle clone’s masterpiece looked “just like Logan”. They knocked it out of the park! Complete home run. Both boys have been sharing having Logan sleep in their beds with him.

I ordered 4 pajama bottoms. 1 pair came incorrect, I ordered and paid for 3 pet faces and they came with 2. I did not get a response for days (not even an automated response that they had received my concern), and they don't have a phone number. This all happened after waiting almost 4 weeks for them to arrive just days before Christmas...I had to send the incorrect item as a gift. All 4 pairs of pajamas came too small...dimensions listed for waist size are if you have the elastic stretched...the resting size is super tiny and very uncomfortable as it is rigid elastic. The absolute worst part of the entire overpriced experience is that 4 customer service reps told me different things before a competent person got involved. My friend has still not received a corrected item.

I ordered from this company on Dec. 8th and paid an additional $40 for expedited production and guaranteed Christmas delivery. It’s disheartening that you order very special Christmas gifts for loved ones and are left waiting with nothing to give on Christmas. Communication is so easy today, why would Cuddle Clones not email and update the people who have entrusted them with their orders and at the very least, let you know they will not make delivery. Order No CC-688890 UPDATE - I did receive the above order today, Jan. 2nd, and finally a message from Cuddle Clones over a week after my guaranteed Christmas delivery. I have two issues - I paid $40 for the expedited shipping and creation for guaranteed Christmas delivery. Unfortunately the $9 refund they issued does not cover these charges and I now have to ship these to my son at their home and incur those charges. The pajamas are cute, but on my son’s there is a dog that is not his and I have no idea whose dog this is.
