Hello Frank! Thank you for your honest review. We are so sorry for the disappointment we have caused! :( Upon reviewing your case, I see that we did our best to assist you by offering a remake or a return for a refund which was declined at first. You then sent us an email accepting the remake. We were about to process your request, however, your order shows you have filed a chargeback; hence we were not able to proceed with your request for remake. :( As much as we'd like to accept your request for a remake or a return to resolve your concern, we really cannot do anything once a chargeback has been filed. We have already submitted a response for the chargeback last August 11, 2022 and we're just waiting for the bank's response, which could take up to 75 days. We are very sorry, Frank. We appreciate you giving us a try and allowing us to assist you in the best way we can. Best regards, Cuddle Clones Team

Hello Debbie! Thanks for sharing your honest feedback about your recent experience with us! <3 First of all, thank you for choosing us to be a part of this special project of creating a Plush Clone in the likeness of your sweet Killer! We are so grateful for your appreciation of our hard work and craftsmanship. <3 As for your concern, we are so sorry that we failed to make the cuddle clone the same size as Killer. :( Please know that the exact size of the plush will vary based on breed, weight, and designer interpretation. Though the exact size can never be guaranteed, you can request any size up to 23 inches in length in the “Special Characteristics” section of your order if you have an exact size in mind. I checked your order and I can see that there was no note about the specific size; hence our artists just created the cuddle clone with the size that they imagine it to be. Still, we apologize for any inconvenience this might have caused. Best regards, Cuddle Clones Team
